DEPOSIT

All reservations require credit card details to secure bookings and payment will be charged upon check out.

During peak season, 100% prepayment is required upon confirmation.

A 1% surcharge will apply to the total amount if payment is made by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.

A 2.5% surcharge will apply to the total amount if payment is made by American Express Credit Card (AMEX) and Diners Card

CANCELLATIONS

Off peak travel dates
• Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival - Full Refund
• Cancellation within 7-14 days prior to arrival - 50% of 1 (one) night’s accommodation package
• Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival - 1 (one) night’s accommodation package
• Room Rates confirmed at the time of booking cannot be amended.

Peak travel dates
• All bookings are to be prepaid no later than 30 days prior to arrival, unless credit approval has been granted.
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation within 14-30 days prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation or the equivalent of one night's package booked.
• Cancellation within 7-14 days prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to two night's accommodation or the equivalent of two night's package booked.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will receive no refund and clients/agents will be charged the full value of the booking.
• Room Rates confirmed at the time of booking cannot be amended.

Last minute special
• Last minute special rates is only available if book online
• Last minute rates cannot be used with any other hot deals, or other special campaign promotions and inclusion
• No cancellations, no refunds and no modifications to bookings in this rate category

PRE - TRANSFER INFORMATION

To ensure that sufficient time is available for ticketing, luggage collection and vehicle parking please arrive at your transfer point (Urangan Boat Harbour for passenger ferry or River Heads for vehicle ferry) approximately 30 minutes prior to your departure time.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check In at the resort is from 2:00 PM on day of arrival. Departing guests are asked to vacate rooms by 10:00 AM on day of departure.
